||The goal of this workshop is to learn how to interact with OCD in a new way in order to live the life that is most meaningful to you. Connecting with other people will allow us to share experiences, learn new strategies, and support each other along the way.
During this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Explore one’s values & goals
- Practice mindfulness techniques
- Learn self-compassion practices
- Implement exposure and response prevention
- Learn from others’ experiences with OCD
- Support peers

||October 14th (6-8pm), October 15th (10am-4pm)& October 16th (10am-4pm)
||15 people total. There will be between 3-5 people in each small therapist-led group.

||Previous diagnosis of OCD by a mental health provider.
||We hope to provide services to individuals from various income demographics. There is no required fee but donations are appreciated.
